Ferris University has an exchange program with Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts and has been sending and receiving students from this institution since 1998. Under this exchange system, Ferris University students take courses at Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts and those from Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts take courses at Ferris University. This program provides an excellent opportunity for students to study with new peers in Kyoto and widen their outlook in not only their academics but also in their everyday living. A summary of the system and the application procedure are given below.
