事務取扱等について

冬季休業期間中の事務取扱はありません。（緑園・山手共通）
１月は、授業再開日＜2025年１月6日（月）＞から事務取扱を再開します。

※図書館の開館時間については、「図書館webサイト 」で確認ください。

University Closure for Winter Holidays
Please note the dates of the winter closure:
From Tuesday, December 24, 2024 to Friday, January 3, 2025.

All the buildings including Libraries in both Ryokuen and Yamate Campuses will be closed.

　
Office Closure
During this period, we will not be able to correspond to inquiries neither by phone nor email.
Offices will open on Monday 6, January (the same day as Classes will begin).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
