教育・研究内容の紹介

My research focuses on enhancing university studentsʼ speaking confidence, fluency,
and intercultural communicative competence through CLIL and EMI approaches.
It integrates experiential learning through structured discussion, presentation tasks,
and cross-cultural virtual exchange programs connecting students in Japan with peers in India,
Malaysia, and other Asian contexts. The research emphasizes real-world communication,
non-native to non-native interaction, and global readiness.

主要な教育研究成果

Key contributions include the development of a Structured Fluency Practice Model that systematically improves learners’ speaking confidence and performance, and the design of intra-Asian virtual exchange programs that foster intercultural awareness and willingness to communicate. My work also integrates educational technology (EdTech) and digital learning platforms to support vocabulary development, interaction, and reflective learning. These approaches contribute to practical, scalable models for improving communicative competence and preparing students for global academic and professional environments.
